Minimal Engagement Pathway
Our self-guided learning resources offer an accessible entry point for non-Chinese youth and their supporters to explore key mental health concepts at their own pace.
For Youth Participants
Explore topics related to mental health, self-discovery, and communication—on your own terms. Whether you are curious about managing emotions, building stronger relationships, or understanding your own strengths, these short videos are a great place to start.
Each video is 1–2 minutes long and can be watched independently on your phone or computer—anytime, anywhere.
Our video series covers four core themes:
- Mental Health – Videos covering an introduction to what mental health is and how to support your wellbeing.
- Emotions and Social Skills – Videos to teach you about crucial skills such as empathy and emotional intelligence.
- Self Actualisation – Guiding you in discovering your passions, strengths and skills.
- Healthy Relationships – Navigating creating new friendships and maintaining current relationships.

For Schools and Organizations Serving Non-Chinese Youth
Our short educational videos are designed to support schools, NGOs, and youth-serving organisations in introducing mental health and personal development topics to non-Chinese youth aged 15–24.
You are welcome to screen these videos for your participants as part of workshops, assemblies, or awareness campaigns.
To do so, please contact us to discuss how these materials may be incorporated into your programming.
Community Outreach Opportunities
We welcome invitations to support events and open platforms that serve non-Chinese youth and their families.
If your school or organisation is hosting a community event, open day, parents’ evening, or similar activity, we can contribute in various ways.
