Take the next step in your mental health and personal development journey. These interactive, skills-based workshops offer a deeper learning experience.

Delivered in schools, universities, and community settings across Hong Kong, our workshops are grounded in the latest evidence-based practices and tailored to meet the diverse needs of our participants.

We currently offer eight workshops across three thematic areas:

Theme 1:  Mental Health

Mental Health

  • Mental Health First Aid

    Build foundational knowledge on mental health, common mental health difficulties, and practical strategies for supporting your own and your peers’ well-being.

  • Social and Emotional Learning

    Deepen your understanding of emotions—their functions, how to identify them, and how to respond constructively.

  • Mindfulness Activities

    An introduction to the science of mindfulness with hands-on techniques for stress management and self-regulation.

  • Peer Support Training: Active Listening Skills

    A small group, discussion-based session focused on developing supportive listening and communication skills for peer engagement.

  • Communication and Boundary Setting

    Strengthen your communication skills by learning how to express yourself clearly, set healthy boundaries, and navigate miscommunication.

  • Family Relationships and Conflict Management

    (For Parents & Youth)

    Designed for youth and their parents to attend together, this workshop builds shared understanding through practical tools for effective family communication and conflict resolution.

  • Goal Setting and Life Planning

    Learn to develop personal goals and explore strategies to turn your aspirations into actionable plans.

  • Workplace Skills: Career Aspirations and Readiness

    This workshop is offered in two versions:

     

    • For school-aged youth: an introduction to workplace expectations and communication.
    • For university-aged youth: readiness skills for job applications, interviews, and professional conduct.
