Supporting Your Child’s Growth, Together Looking for a safe, respectful way to support your non-Chinese child’s well-being and growth?
We are here for you.
Our free programmes help your child thrive—socially, emotionally, and personally—while honouring your family’s values.
What We Offer Your Child
We provide a safe, respectful space for youth to:
Develop emotional resilience and communication skills
Build healthy friendships and stronger family relationships
Explore their strengths, identity, and life goals
Receive guidance and encouragement from trained professionals
All our programmes are culturally sensitive, free of charge, and designed to respect each family’s values, traditions, and beliefs.
Whether your child is in secondary school, university, or already working, our activities are tailored to meet their needs and help them succeed—in life, in school, and in relationships.
Why Is Learning About Mental Health Important?
Mental health is something we all have. According to the World Health Organization, it’s “a state of well-being that enables people to cope with the stresses of life, realize their abilities, learn well and work well, and contribute to their community” (WHO, 2022).
Learning about mental health helps youth:
- Understand and manage their emotions
- Cope with academic and social pressures
- Build empathy and support friends or classmates
Our workshops are not therapy, and they are not just for youth who are struggling. They’re open to all young people who want to learn more about themselves and how to support others in their community.
How We Involve Families
We understand the important role parents and caregivers play. While most workshops are youth-focused, we also offer select sessions that bring parents and youth together—to explore healthy family communication and relationship-building.
