How Our Workshops Work

Each workshop focuses on a single topic and is designed to be practical, engaging, and age-appropriate—making it easy to integrate into school timetables or youth programmes.

Duration: 40 minutes+
Format: Interactive, evidence-based, in-person delivery
Flexible: Adaptable by topic, age group, or class size
Location: Delivered at your school or venue of choice
